Game Highlights:
Game started off strong with each team scoring 5 runs in the first inning. Jayden Duong from S’vale Southern Blue Jays lead the game off by getting to 3rd on an error which opened the door followed by 4 straight hits by Tyler Gray, Nathan Li, Kyle Liu and Avaneesh Wazarkar. Mtn. View Twins quickly answered back starting off with a lead of single by Christian Bandy followed by 2 consecutive base hits by Ethan Guilhamet and Jayden Minor. The inning ended with an in-the-park homerun by Steven Millan. Twelve walked batsmen by 4 pitchers and several fielding errors plagued the Twins who gave us 5 runs in the 2nd and 4th innings to the Blue Jays.
The Blue Jays pitching shut the door on the Twins with pitcher Tyler Gray successfully shut down the S’vale Southern batters in the 2nd and 3rd innings; striking out 3 while pitching only 40 pitches in 3 innings. Relief pitcher Jayden Duong finished out the bottom of the 4th with 3 strike outs to give the Blue Jays the win.

Highlights: Metro jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the first on consecutive hits but found themselves trailing 2-4 by the time the sixth inning rolled around. Needing a rally, they were able to load the bases with 2 outs and after having already scored a run, were able to push the final two runs across for the victory.  
Good luck to Metro as they continue tournament play and congratulations to the Briarwood team for a great season!

Game highlights: The Sunnyvale National Braves played the Homestead Dodgers to a 9-8 nail-biter at Wilson Field in the Little League Minors TOC this Saturday. Homestead got off to an early lead in the 1st inning on the strength of timely RBI hits by Jake Prettol and Hailey Saw. The Braves took advantage of walks and throwing errors to score four runs in 2nd inning. Lewis Brailey pitching for the Braves blanked the Dodgers in the 6th inning with two strikeouts, leading to a dramatic bottom of the sixth, with the Dodgers holding on to a one-run lead. After Brailey drew a walk, Philip Wahlar hit an RBI double to tie the score. Dylan Mallari hit an RBI single to win the game in walk-off fashion. 

The Sunnyvale National Braves go on in the TOC's semi-finals on 6/20 at Briarwood.

Highlights: Both starting pitchers put up zeros in the first inning. Moreland scratched across a run in the bottom of the 2nd after 2 walks and run scoring single by Bryan Reeves. Cupertino answered back in the top of the 3rd with 2 runs on 2 walks and a run scoring single by Doryan. Moreland blew the game open with a 5 run 4th inning with 2 walks, a double by Chihiro Fudaba and a Cupertino error that scored a run. Moreland score another 4 runs in the bottom of the 5th for an 11-2 lead heading into the top of the 6th. Cupertino scored 2 runs in the top of the frame, but it was not enough as Moreland took a 11-4 win.

Congratulations to Cupertino for a great season and best of luck to Moreland as they move on in the minor TOC bracket.

Highlights: The boys from Westside jumped out to an early 2 run lead on a key hit by Siripoke and walks by Harper and Yumemto that saw the Kepner brothers each score a run. In the second inning, Moreland drew within a run by scoring a run on a hit by Reeves and then proceeded to strike out the side in the bottom half of the inning. After that it was all Westside as they put up 5 runs in the third on hits by the first five of six batters including Gonzalez, Hill, the Kepners, and Siripoke. Westside added a run in the fourth and slowed the bats of Moreland the rest of the way on some fine pitching to end the game with a 8-1 score. Congratulations to Westside as they capture the District 44 Minor TOC flag! And a job well done by Moreland as they complete a great season and make it to the championship game.
